By participating in The Date Well Project community, you consent for Date Well Project Enterprise and any of its holding, subsidiary or related companies as defined in the Companies Act 1965 or Companies Act 2016 and sponsors, service providers, agents and contractors who provide administrative and business support to us and act on our behalf (“Authorised Third Parties”) (collectively “Organiser”, “us”, “we” or “our”) to process your personal information provided in the registration form for purposes of The Date Well Project website and events. This includes disclosing your name to the general public when participate in our events by publishing your name, photographs and other personal information without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes.

We operate the www.datewellproject.com website and run Date Well Project events (the “Service”).

We have developed this Privacy Policy to inform you how we collect, store, use, share, process and protect personal information about our consumers (“you”). It also tells you how you can access and update your personal information and make certain choices about how your personal information is used.

  • Website viral features, which allow you to easily share certain news, product information, promotions, wish list items, or other content with family members and friends (typically using names and email addresses)

  • Order fulfilment

Event Management

Date Well Project will use Eventbrite for event planning, management, and attendee registration.

We will use Eventbrite to: 1) create event pages; 3) register attendees; and 4) track attendance.

Eventbrite collects information voluntarily provided by users who create accounts or register for events. Data collected by Eventbrite may include name, address, email address, and other personally identifiable information and additional data collection for paid events.

Eventbrite also collects information considered non-personal, such as IP addresses, browser type, other characteristics of users’ device and software, domain names of users’ internet service provider, approximate geographic location, a record of users’ usage of the service, the time of usage, and aggregated personal data that cannot be used to specifically identify an individual.

The information posted on the Eventbrite event registration is available to the individual posting and to any and all users on the Eventbrite event page who are able to access the public-facing side of the account. To protect your privacy and the privacy of others, do not include your full name, date of birth, social security number, address, phone numbers, email addresses, case numbers or any other sensitive PII in public-facing comments or responses.

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service.

  • Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.
